Victoria House – Residential is in the heart of Manchester and is a 25-storey residential tower block comprising of 177 apartments and risers above the Piccadilly central neighbourhood.
A M Fires Systems remit involved the design and installation of the fire sprinkler system to BS 9251 Residential standards with over 1,000 sprinklers in the apartments. The wet riser comprised of 1 split rectangular water storage tank, 2 electric fire pumps feeding a wet riser landing valve on each floor.
